Privacy policy

Banana Dialer is a business prospecting product operated by Modern Apex Strategies LLC. This policy describes the information used to provide the website and workspace, including optional integrations you choose to connect.

Account and workspace information

Account information includes your name, email address, password hash, workspace name and workspace membership. Workspace information may include business names, contact details, websites, notes, call outcomes, follow-up dates, pipeline activity and message history. The specific records depend on how you use the product.

Your workspace administrator controls membership and can access information made available to their role. If you use a workspace on behalf of another organization, direct requests about that organization's prospect records to its administrator.

Why information is used

• Provide the prospect queue, call workspace, follow-ups and connected features you request.
• Authenticate users, apply workspace permissions and help prevent misuse.
• Maintain usage records, billing status and a history of billing-related changes.
• Deliver account communications and respond to support requests.
• Maintain the service and handle legal obligations or disputes.

We do not sell personal information or provide workspace records to third parties for their own advertising.

Hosting, email and billing providers

The application runs on Vercel and stores workspace records in a Neon Postgres database. Account verification, password-reset and invitation emails use Resend when account email delivery is enabled.

Modern Apex uses QuickBooks for assisted beta invoices and payment collection. The workspace stores customer and invoice references, verified service periods and billing status. Payment details are entered with the billing provider. Banana Dialer does not collect full card numbers or card security codes through its workspace forms. A separately configured Stripe subscription may also store customer and subscription references.

Optional integrations

If you connect a provider, information needed for the feature is sent to that provider. Examples include business searches through Google Places, prompts and prospect context for Anthropic AI features, SMS through Twilio and email outreach through Instantly. Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices and charges.

Connected API credentials are stored in encrypted form and are decrypted by the service when required to make a provider request. Settings may show a short identifying suffix. Do not put passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information into prospect notes or AI prompts.

Session cookies and operational records

The workspace uses an encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. Some account operations also use temporary cookies, such as revealing a newly created extension token once. Blocking required cookies can prevent the workspace from functioning.

Hosting and security operations can process request information such as timestamps, IP addresses and browser information. The application also records feature activity and usage. The current marketing site does not include advertising pixels or a third-party marketing analytics script.

Retention, export and deletion

Information is kept as needed to operate the workspace, maintain billing records and meet applicable obligations. Ending paid access does not itself erase workspace records. CSV export is available to authenticated accounts after trial or paid access expires.

To request account or workspace deletion, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace. Billing records, security records or backups may need separate handling. Contact us for the status and scope of a specific deletion request.

Security and processing location

The product uses password hashing, encrypted session cookies, encrypted stored integration credentials and workspace access controls. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every incident will be prevented. Modern Apex operates in the United States, and service providers may process information in the locations used by their infrastructure.

Your requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We will handle requests under applicable requirements and may ask for information needed to verify them.

Banana Dialer is intended for business users aged eighteen or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
