Starter beta includes one user and the prospecting workspace: your prospect list, call desk, recorded outcomes, notes, follow-ups and pipeline. Optional services such as discovery, AI, phone calling or message delivery may require your own provider account and incur separate charges.
The beta is assisted. Request access, confirm the monthly terms with Modern Apex and pay the QuickBooks invoice. Access is activated after verification. A demo or access request does not authorize a payment.
You can organize prospects and record your work without connecting optional APIs. Calls use your existing phone or a supported connected provider. Automated discovery and messaging require separate provider setup.
Request cancellation from your workspace or contact Modern Apex. We confirm the effective date after stopping the actual billing schedule. Submitting a request does not itself cancel a QuickBooks payment schedule.
The workspace includes CSV export. Export remains accessible to authenticated accounts after the trial or subscription access period ends.
